EIL Management Trainees 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 1st July 2023)
- General: Maximum 25 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Maximum 28 years
- SC/ST: Maximum 30 years
- PWD (General): Maximum 35 years
- PWD (OBC-NCL): Maximum 38 years
- PWD (SC/ST): Maximum 40 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a full-time Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc Engg) with a minimum of 65% marks.
- The degree should be completed in the minimum qualifying period.
EIL Management Trainees 2025 Selection Process

- Stipend during Training:
- Rs. 60,000/- per month + Accommodation & Transport

- Pay Scale on Absorption (as Engineer): Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000
