Educational Qualification

Trainee Engineer

B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science.

Trainee Officer

Finance: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent 2-year PG Degree/Diploma.
HR: MBA/PGDM/PG Degree in HR, PM&IR, Social Science, Social Welfare, Social Work.
Business Development: MBA/PG Degree with specialization in Marketing/Sales.

Trainee Diploma Assistant

Diploma (3 years) in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science.
BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science) also eligible for Computer Science posts.

Trainee Assistant (Finance)

Degree in Commerce/Business Administration with Finance, or CA Inter/ICWA Inter/CS Inter, or Science/Economics with Diploma in Financial Management.

Trainee Assistant (HR)

Degree in Business Administration, Social Welfare, HR, Social Sciences with Computer Course, or Any Degree with Diploma in HR/Labour Law/PM&IR.
