Eligibility Criteria for IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India.
- Equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government are acceptable.
- Candidates must have valid mark-sheets/degree certificates at the time of registration.
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- Age Relaxation (as per Government rules):
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen and others: As per notification

Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be offered a starting basic pay of ₹48,480 in the scale of ₹48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920, along with DA, HRA, CCA, and other allowances as per industry norms.
IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The recruitment process involves three stages:
- Preliminary Examination
- Objective Test (Online)
- Sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability
- Main Examination
- Objective and Descriptive Test
- Sections: Reasoning, Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Interview
- Conducted by Participating Banks
- Coordinated by IBPS
Final selection will be based on cumulative marks in Mains and Interview.
